Listed below is a brief professional biography of company president Michelle Newman's firsthand experience while owning a small company. After some time, Newman found herself unable to provide group insurance to her employees. 
Newman's Beginnings
Michelle Newman was a business owner of a small company located in Boca Raton, FL with 10 employees. Due to the ages of the employees and their pre-existing conditions, she was unable to provide group insurance. Even after offering to contribute 50% of the premium, many of the employees were still unable to afford the other half. After 10 years, Newman sold the business and  began working with with a start-up company located in Coral Springs, FL in the health insurance industry. After 14 years, she has become a bona fide expert in health insurance and the new health insurance changes. She is a licensed agent trained in all aspects of The Affordable Care Act, including MLR rebates, HIPAA certification, Section 125 documents, Medicare, and Defined Contribution strategies.
